I’d like to mention the first call for entries for Película Magazine, an online photo magazine featuring emerging fine art photographers. I’m trying to get the word out, and I could use everyone’s help.

I’ve wanted to create an online photo magazine for awhile, and Película was finally hatched about a week ago. I have no problem with all of the other great photo magazines out there, but I’ve always thought that I’d do things a little differently if I were in charge.

The thing I’d like to do that might set this little venture apart is, I’m interested in promoting the work we discover offline as well as online. Hopefully we’ll be able to curate a show before long.

So spread the word, and let people know about the call for entries for the first issue of Película Magazine (and yes, it’s ok to spell it “Pelicula” without the accented i).
